Following the re-arrest of the convener of #RevolutionNow, Omoyele Sowore, three Committees of the House of Representatives are to investigate the alleged invasion by Department of State Service into the federal high court last Friday.
The resolution is sequel to a motion of urgent public importance sponsored by Minority Leader, Ndudi Elumelu.
The lawmaker said the action of DSS operatives in the re-arrest of online Publisher, Omoyele Sowore, was an abuse of constitutional provisions
The Joint Committee on National Security and Intelligence, Judiciary and Human Rights are to conduct the probe and report back in two weeks. The report says.
