Hakim Ziyech Makes Morocco’s 26-Man Squad for the 2022 World Cup
One of Africa’s representatives at the FIFA World Cup, Morocco has released its team news ahead of the competition.
Chelsea’s midfielder, Hakim Ziyech is one of the notable names on the list of players that will be travelling to Qatar with Morocco. The winger had initially decided to leave the national team was after he fell out of the pecking order in the books of the former national team coach, Halilhodzic.
Morocco will also have another experienced player in their team, following the announcement of West Ham United’s, Nayef Aguerd. The North African team opening game is against the 2018 runners-up Croatia before playing Belgium and Canada.
