Full List: CAC Delists Dormant Companies for Failing to File Annual Reports

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has removed 32 companies from its register for failing to file their annual reports for a period of 10 years. This move indicates that these companies are dormant and no longer active.

Reason for Delisting

The CAC had issued a notice in July, giving the affected companies a 90-day grace period to file their outstanding annual reports and update their records. However, these companies failed to comply, leading to their delisting.

Consequences of Delisting

The delisted companies are deemed to have been dissolved from the date of publication. It is illegal for anyone to enter into any transaction or deal with a company that has been dissolved.
