Floyd Mayweather says he’s coming out of retirement to fight in 2020
Floyd Mayweather has announced he will make a stunning return to the ring in 2020 as he plans to come out of retirement at the age of 42.
The legendary boxer, who boasts a 50-win record with zero defeats, took to Instagram as he captioned a photo of himself in blue boxing shorts: ‘Coming out of retirement in 2020’. He turns 43 on February 24.
Mayweather’s news was quickly re-posted on Twitter by UFC chief Dana White, leading to talk that the pair could work together and the boxer could cross over to MMA for his sensational return.
