Femi Adebayo’s Epic Film ‘Jagun Jagun’ Sweeps 6 Awards at 2024 BON Ceremony

Lagos, Nigeria – In a night of glamour and celebration, Femi Adebayo’s epic film ‘Jagun Jagun’ emerged as the biggest winner at the 16th edition of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards, held on Sunday at the Sugar Factory Film Studios in Ilorin, Kwara.

The film, which was nominated in 12 categories, took home six prestigious awards, including “Best Actor” for Femi Adebayo, “Best Costume”, “Best Indigenous Film”, “Best Production Design”, and “Best Special Effect”.

Other notable winners of the night included the film ‘Momiwa’, which won “Best Editing” and “Best Screenplay”, and Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, who hosted the award ceremony.

The BON Awards, which celebrates excellence in the Nigerian film industry, also honored other outstanding films and filmmakers, including ‘Unleashed’, which won “Best Social Message”, and ‘Adire’, which won “Best Cinematography”.
