Alex Iwobi climbed to second place among Nigerian players with the most Premier League appearances after Fulham’s 3-2 loss to West Ham United on Tuesday night.
Iwobi has now played in 274 Premier League games.
The 28-year-old previously shared the second spot with former Arsenal, Portsmouth, and West Brom striker, Nwankwo Kanu.
Ex-Newcastle United forward, Shola Ameobi, leads the list with 293 appearances.
According to the report, Iwobi made his Premier League debut for Arsenal in October 2015. The versatile midfielder played 100 league games for the Gunners before moving to Everton, where he made 123 appearances.
