ENUGU STATE MINISTRY OF LANDS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT HELD ITS MAIDEN END OF YEAR PRAYER RALLY IN HONOUR OF THE GOVERNOR

The Enugu State ministry of lands and urban development held its maiden end of the year prayer rally on the 16th of December 2020 at the ministry.

In his sermon, the spiritual director of OKUNERERE ADORATION MINISTRY Rev Fr Paul Obayi admonished the staffs of the ministry to be good conduct and always work diligently for the advancement the state. He thanked God for the gift of Dr Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to Ndi Enugu. He described the governor as a peace maker and an uncommon transformer. He appreciated the governor for appointing a Young, Vibrant and focused and result oriented personality with a sound profile in land administration as the Honourable commissioner.

He prayed God to keep strengthening the Governor and all those who assist him in making his dreams for Ndi Enugu. He also prayed for the Honourable commissioner against all his distractions who are being intimidated with his achievements within the short time he was appointed which has put land grabbers in disarray hence their conspiracy which will amount to nothing because God is on his side.

In his response, the Honourable commissioner thanked the spiritual director of OKUNERERE ADORATION MINISTRY Rev Fr Paul Obayi for honouring the ministry of lands with his presence in its maiden End of year prayer of thanksgiving. He used the opportunity of the programme to thank his boss, the ever working governor of Enugu State for his uncommon support to the ministry which is what have been propelling him and his ministry staffs to achieve the little they have achieved. He also appreciated the staffs of the ministry for their dedication and support and promised them that he will never take their support for granted.

The highpoint of the programme was the distribution of Christmas packages which includes bags of rice to the widows among the staff. Rev Fr Paul Obayi and all the staff offered special prayer for His Excellency the Governor and the Hon commissioner and also for Peaceful and hitch free Christmas celebration in Enugu State.
