Davido Steals the Show at Lagos Fashion Week 2024
Afrobeats superstar, Davido, made a stunning appearance on the runway at the 2024 Lagos Fashion Week, strutting his stuff for renowned designer Ugo Monye.
Ugo Monye was the designer behind Davido’s look for his traditional wedding.
The five-day African fashion extravaganza, which kicked off on October 23, features panel discussions on global economics, marketing, and sustainable development, with facilitators from diverse fields.
On Thursday night, Davido rocked the runway in an all-brown regalia, complete with red-plated beads, a staff, and a chocolate-colored cap. The audience erupted in cheers as he walked the stage twice, unveiling Ugo Monye’s face on his second walk.
This isn’t Davido’s first foray into fashion; he has collaborated with Puma, unveiling two clothing collections with the sportswear giant.
