BONA NAIJAPresident Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Abuja following his two-nation diplomatic tour to Saint Lucia and Brazil.
The presidential jet touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport early Sunday morming , where the President was received by top government officials, including the Minister for Budget and Economic Planning Alh Abubakar Atiku, Alh ibrahim Masari Senator Aliyu Wamakko, Minister for Defence, Muhammed Bello Matawalle and NSA Nuhu Ribadu.
Tinubu’s visit to Saint Lucia lasted from June 29 to July 4, where he was honoured with the Knight Commander of the Order of Saint Lucia (KCOSL). He later traveled to Brazil for the 17th Meeting of the Global South and Emerging Economies, which took place in Rio de Janeiro from July 5 to 7.
The trip marks the continuation of the President’s active international engagement since assuming office in May 2023, aimed at fostering bilateral cooperation and strengthening Nigeria’s global presence.
