BREAKING: Tension in Imo State As Gunmen kill eight soldiers, police Officers
Eight security agents, including soldiers, policemen, and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps personnel, were killed by gunmen in Imo State.
The incident occurred in Umualumaku community, Ehime Mbano Local Government Area, causing panic in the area.
The security task force team, traveling in two security trucks, was ambushed and their vehicles were set on fire by the attackers, resulting in no survivors.
Reinforcement teams have been dispatched to the scene to apprehend the suspects and recover the bodies of the slain security agents.

A resident who witnessed the incident reported that the community was in confusion due to the attack.
The police spokesperson, Henry Okoye, confirmed the incident but requested more time to gather complete details.
