Bobrisky, a popular Nigerian crossdresser, was reportedly arrested this morning at the Seme border while attempting to flee to Benin Republic to evade an ongoing investigation by the House of Representatives.
According to social media activist Martins Ortse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), Bobrisky was intercepted by Nigerian Immigration Services while trying to cross the border.
The arrest is allegedly connected to a leaked audio recording where Bobrisky admitted to bribing Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials with N15 million and claiming he didn’t serve his six-month jail term at Kirikiri prison due to his powerful godfather’s influence.
The House of Representatives launched a probe, but Bobrisky failed to appear, citing illness.
