Burna Boy and Shakira Release Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Video for ‘Dai Dai’
Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy and Colombian pop icon Shakira have officially released the music video for “Dai Dai,” the official song of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The high-energy visual, released on Saturday, has already generated massive excitement among football and music fans worldwide, combining electrifying performances with appearances from some of football’s biggest stars.
Fans were treated to cameo appearances from legendary and current football stars including Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, Luis Díaz, Vinícius Júnior, Rodri, Takefusa Kubo, Santiago Giménez, Alphonso Davies, Jamal Musiala, Christian Pulisic, Harry Kane and Erling Haaland.
According to FIFA, “Dai Dai” serves as the official anthem supporting the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise funds for children’s education and football development projects globally.
The song blends Afrobeats, dance-pop and global rhythms, continuing Burna Boy’s rise on the international stage while marking Shakira’s return to the World Cup music scene after her global hit “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)” in 2010.
